Send ne your ACMI rate or complete cost of operation per hour (ACMI, fuel/oil, permit, landing, etc.), no handling/royalty at origin and destination.

McCarthy is correct, the only variable is the seat type (First, Business, Coach) and configuration (pitch, 2 x 2, 3 x 3 etc.)

Not sure yet. I hope we can get some detailed info from Pemco, but we'll have to wait and see. National says their units will be configured for 10 pallets/46 pax.
